It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Luciano Enrico Sotero in Washington, D.C., who passed away on December 10, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Gilda; his children Jeffrey and Brian (Rhonda) Sotero; his daughter Yassin Sallah; his grandchildren Annette Myers, Brian Quinten Mason and Eric Brown; and stepmother Alexandra Roceric.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 21, 2021, from 10am until 11 a.m at DeVol Funeral Home, 2222 Wisconsin Avenue, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20007. Services will immediately follow from 11 a.m.-12 p.m. Burial will occur at Mount Olivet Cemetery, 1300 Bladensburg Road, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20002.
