Michael Carle Schroth of Bowie, Maryland died on Tuesday, July 8, 2014. Michael is the beloved husband of Laura Schroth; adored father of Kim Schroth-Meyer and her husband Steve Meyer and Michelle Colbert and her husband Richard; brother of Gretchen Muir, Mary Schroth, Joseph Schroth and the late Gilbert Schroth; grandfather of Mikaela, Conner, Sydney and Taylor and beloved owner of his pets Umber and Patches. Family will receive friends at the Robert E. Evans Funeral Home, 16000 Annapolis Road, Bowie, MD from 1 to 2 pm on Saturday, July 26, 2014 where a memorial service will be held at 2 pm. A reception will follow. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association or the American Heart Association .
