We just received word of Walter's passing on December 12.

Details are still coming in, but since many of you knew him and the services are local, we wanted to get out the key information in the event you wanted to attend either the viewing or the mass.

• A wake will be held on Sunday, December 18, from 2 to 5:30 p.m. at Murphy's Funeral Home, 1102 W. Broad Street, Falls Church, VA.
• A Memorial Mass will be offered Monday, December 19 at 11 a.m. at St. Luke's Catholic Church, 7001 Georgetown Pike, McLean, Virginia
