Small get together.

We're always interested in sharing small tidbits of information about classmates.  If you've got anything (nothing is too small), don't hesitate to send it to one of the reunion committee members or this site's administrator and we'll polish it up and put it out for all to see.  So in that vein, we're going to report on a small get together of 4 of us - Jim Hynes, Don Shepard, Joe Mundie and John Zurad.  Jim's brother Jerry (class of 1962) and a few others were also there.  A few other classmates were invited but could not make it.  Maybe you can get together with some of your "crew" and send us a picture.

We got together down in the Ocean City area, since all of us were going to be there anyway at the same time.  We shared good beer, wine, food and the usual set of stories about the high school years.  It's interesting how those stories get better and better each year. Not sure if it's our memories failing, or we just don't care how much we lie.

It's amazing what you can find out after a few beers, some of this information will only be repeated if we're forced to testify under oath.  On the non-incriminating side, Jim did find out that he lived just 4 houses away from Joe Mundie's wife - she on the wealthy (Md) side of Western avenue, he on the poor (DC) side- at least that's the way Jim remembers it.

Three of us shared stories about recent moves: Joe from Ellicott City to Gaithersburg, Don from Ocean City to  Ocean View, Delaware, John from Ellicott City to nearby Marriottsville.

Here's a picture of the group along with wives
